Reconciliation

Alternative mechanism for resolving disputes which the parties come to an Extrajudicial Conciliation Center, in order to assist them in finding a solution to their problems of a civil and family, with the participation of a Conciliator who promote dialogue to reach a consensual agreement between the parties. The Act of Settlement made by the council shall have the value of a judicial sentence.

Arbitration

A process in which, out of court trying to resolve differences arising in the relations between two or more parties who agree to the intervention of a third party (arbitrator or arbitral tribunal) to be resolved.

Unlike conciliation and mediation, the neutral third party helps neither works with the parties to resolve the conflict effect, rather imposes a solution via AWARD, which has effects judicial decision.
